These two political forces have being playing the game of interests that emerge of the individual as part of society, and have claimed power. This has been much more notable since the 1991 Political Constitution, through political coalitions. This raises a reflection, that starts with a multivariate analysis, but with a remarkable genealogical guidance and legal-philosophical, allowing the reader the free transit of its findings and mental constructs, from and to politics.A política tem sido na vida dos homens para sempre, e as manifestações políticas na Colômbia, historicamente cristalizado dois partidos liberais e conservadores hegemô- nicos. Estas duas forças políticas tenham transitado no jogo de interesse emergente do indivíduo como parte de uma sociedade, e tomaram o corante poder de reivindicação. Torne-se muito mais pronunciada após a Constituição de 1991, por meio de coalizões políticas. Isso reflete que de uma análise multivariada, mas com uma orientação genealógica e jurídico-filosófica notável, o leitor permitindo a livre circulação de suas conclusões e construções mentais, e da política surge.La política ha estado en la vida de los hombres desde siempre, y en Colombia las manifestaciones políticas históricamente se han cristalizado en dos hegemónicos partidos: Liberal y Conservador. Estas dos fuerzas políticas han transitado en el juego de intereses que emergen del individuo como parte de una sociedad, y han tomado el tinte que reclama el poder. Hecho mucho más pronunciado a partir de la Constitución Política de 1991, a través de coaliciones políticas.
