Summary: In this article we try to establish three solutions to overcome the tension between constitutionalism and democracy generating actions to combat the consequence of democracy as an ideology through three mechanisms that must interact with each other alienation, the first is the role of the Constitutional Court and former public the need to resort to radical democracy and against democracy and finally the need for a new constitution with a hierarchy of constitutional principles, generating an attempt to balance between democracy and constitutionalism.
