Summary: This study aims to analyze the family structure and relationships established that its members in their daily interaction in the context of family life. His approach was qualitative understanding guy made with 12 families in the municipality of Caldas Anserma. We used the document review, direct observation and interview semiestructura. The information collected was analyzed through analytic induction established as categories of analysis: family relationships, parenting patterns, the daily conflict and social spaces. Overall, it was recognized that families are immersed in a socioeconomic context under and slightly favored in terms of physical development and provision of basic needs to be a structural aspect that influences negatively or positively depending on family life from the standpoint that you look. In everyday interactions with principles and moral values, rules under the figure of authority, responsibilities assigned to a role or gender as well as cooperation, unity, communication, and most importantly, love as essential to strengthening basic system occur. However, some families refuse them problems that are affecting their living as drug addiction. One aspect that directly affects their relationships, coupled with abuse and violence.
