"The company is dedicated to the transport of correspondence and light cargo.The present work originates in the necessity that exists in the company to improve the efficiency of each process of the management of its operations, for this reason it will carry out a survey of processes to analyze the control risks in its different activities; to detect the current deficiencies in its operations, to finallyelaborate a proposal of internal control that allow the company to reach its objectives.After the study to the main areas it is proposed to apply the internal control policies described in this manual, to carry out trainings according to the current needs, to acquire or to create a system of customer service to channel their suggestions or claims and to satisfy the customer. In this way, the company will be able to improve its level of operational efficiency in order to achieve its goals.The manuals are a tool that serves as a guide for the processes that are developed in the company, to efficiently take advantage of the human, economic and material resources that it possesses and to face the competition that has become increasingly aggressive, for this reason Tramacoexpress welcomes this proposal, which will allow it to carry out an appropriate control for the benefit of clients, the establishment of internal controls will allow the effectiveness of each operation.

LTDA.” La compañía se dedica al servicio de transporte de correspondencia y carga liviana.El presente trabajo se origina en la necesidad que existe en la empresa de mejorar la eficiencia de cada proceso del manejo de sus operaciones, por esta razón realizare un levantamiento de procesos para analizar los riesgos de control en sus diferentes actividades; detectar las deficiencias actuales en sus operaciones, para finalmente elaborar una propuesta de control interno que le permitan a la empresa alcanzar sus objetivos.Después del estudio a las principales áreas se propone aplicar las políticas de control interno descritas en este manual, realizar capacitaciones acorde a las necesidades actuales, adquirir o crear un sistema de atención al cliente para canalizar sus sugerencias o reclamos y se logre satisfacer al cliente.
