El principio de inclusión de la prueba relevante en el código procesal penal chileno
In this essay I will develop arguments to hold that in the Chilean criminal procedure law, the principle of inclusion of relevant evidence is adopted as an epistemic criterion of depuration. The arguments that I will provide will be based on epistemic, normative and extra epistemic considerations.
