Based on the method of theoretical research, after a review of the structure and content of the English, American and Colombian systems, the authors conclude that the discordant schemes of protection against this phenomenon, are explained by factors such as historical, cultural, political, economic and social diversity that sustains the different nations that are the subject of valuation.Este artículo reflexiona sobre los diferentes fundamentos para la protección frente al acoso laboral existentes en países pertenecientes a diversos sistemas de derecho.
