There is an urgent need to reformulate actions in the field of occupational health to ensure the appropriate use of technologies.La incorporación de la tecnología en el entorno laboral ha introducido cambios en la organización, la gestión y el control de las prestaciones de servicios, que pueden afectar a la salud de las personas trabajadoras. En el caso del trabajo a demanda a través de plataformas informáticas, el lugar y tiempo de trabajo, la precariedad de las condiciones de trabajo, la inseguridad y la forma de organización y control del trabajo han propiciado la aparición de riesgos psicosociales. El estrés y el acoso tecnológico menoscaban la salud de los trabajadores y merman su rendimiento.
