The depth covers as central axis the interaction, communication and teamwork between the different disciplines that make up a department of Human Talent, because communication is a key axis in business development. Similarly, it enhances the intervention of the professional in the labor capo, since its intervention provides substantial knowledge together with other professionals, in order to make an integrated intervention, aimed at improving the living conditions of employees, family and business.El presente artículo tiene como finalidad describir la importancia que representa el Trabajo Social en el ámbito laboral como parte del equipo interdisciplinar de una organización o empresa, donde habitualmente cumple diversas funciones direccionada a mejorar la calidad de vida de los colaboradores, para ello, se basará en varios ejes claves, como es: la conceptualización del Trabajo Social, métodos, intervención en el campo organizacional, las funciones que ejerce en el Departamento de Talento Humano, definición de equipo multidisciplinar e interdisciplinar y su principal diferencia y finalmente el accionar del Trabajo Social. La profundidad abarca como eje central la interacción, comunicación y trabajo en equipo entre las distintas disciplinas que conforman un departamento de Talento Humano, debido que la comunicación es un eje clave en el desarrollo empresarial.
