This is what is analyzed by the Judgment of the Provincial Court of Barcelona, of January 24, 2020, which confirms the Resolution of the General Directorate of Attention to Children and Adolescents, which agreed to the closure of the homelessness file and the admission of the plaintiff in a Protection Center until the verification of their personal circumstances, since it did not provide any type of documentation.En los últimos años se ha incrementado la inmigración de menores de edad, lo que conlleva a que las administraciones establezcan un trato diferenciado a este sector de la inmigración por el hecho de tratarse de menores de edad; son muchos los aspectos a tener en cuenta en estos casos, entre ellos verificar la minoría de edad, hecho que se complica más cuando se trata de adolescentes.
