Summary: Child sexual victimization is a problem of high frequency in Spain. Sexual abuse and sexual aggression during child-hood can have serious consequences for the development and the integral health of children and adolescents. This article presents a review of the European model Barnahus, Las Casas de los Niños, for its possible implementation in Spain. This pi-oneering model responds to the problems generated by the current way of working in the process of notification, evaluation and reporting of sexual victimization, reducing the multiplicity of tests and agents involved in each case, promoting training and coordi-nation among professionals, eliminating the confusion generated by the various action protocols, protecting the rights of the minor and ensuring an adequate intervention for them and their family
