Summary: This article discusses collaborative consumption as one of the ways to promote sustainable national development in hypermodern society. In this scenario, based on the deductive method, on documentary and bibliographic research, the approach begins with the definition of an ecologically balanced environment and its degradation, moving forward to analyze the need for the need to implement a developmental matrix based on sustainability. Examining collaborative consumption, it is concluded that it is a form of market organization capable of promoting social and economic development, helping to promote sustainable national development for the preservation of an ecologically balanced environment for present and future generations.
