This work is the second part of a previous paper in which we analyze the jurisprudence of the Spanish Constitutional Court on the Catalan sovereignty process. The period covers from October 2017 to April 2020. It is a synchronous study that focuses on those political and institutional issues related to the defense of the Constitution and democracy. In addition, we study the main issues related to the appeals presented to Constitutional Court by pro —independence politicians who were tried before the Spanish Supreme Court for crimes of different nature. |
