This article examines the country sign in order to define it, analyze its importance and determine its legal nature, comparing it with other elements industrial property that have some similarity with this sign, in order to determine whether it is possible to fit it into any of them, or if it cannot be equated with any recognized category of industrial property – whether - , it is necessary to seek its legal recognition and protection. |
