To do that there was a participatory process of citizenship that culminates with the “Citizens Bases for a New Constitution”, also, an Indigenoues Constituent Process was made.El presente artículo analiza y realiza un balance crítico del proyecto de reforma constitucional chileno enviado al Senado por la Presidenta de la Republica. El proyecto de reforma constitucional tiene por objetivo elaborar una Nueva Constitución de manera democrática, en contraste con nuestra actual Constitución que fue producto de una ruptura institucional.
