In the course of this time, various constitutional reforms have been carried out to meet the demands of said Agreements. However, despite the reforms, the opacity of the State against the inequality, exclusion and marginalization of indigenous peoples persists. Which means, that the State has not fulfilled the commitments derived from the signing of these Agreements. Therefore, it is not enough just to recognize the rights of indigenous peoples in the Constitution. Furthermore, a constitutional and deliberative model is required that allows the inclusion of indigenous peoples in the economic, political and social life of the country.Han pasado más de 20 años de la firma de los Acuerdos de San Andrés Larráinzar. En el transcurso de este tiempo, se han efectuado diversas reformas constitucionales para atender las exigencias de dichos acuerdos. Sin embargo, a pesar de las reformas, persiste la opacidad del Estado frente a la desigualdad, exclusión y marginación de los pueblos indígenas. Lo que significa que el Estado no ha cumplido con los compromisos que derivaron de la firma de estos acuerdos. More than 20 years have passed since the signing of the San Andrés Larráinzar Agreements. In the course of this time, various constitutional reforms have been carried out to meet the demands of said Agreements.
