Populismo penal en la prisión preventiva y sociedad civil en ética del consenso
Faced with the overflow of the informal preventive prison, product of the criminal populism that has prevailed lately in Mexico, a strongly legitimized civil society is needed based on the ethics of consensus, capable of demanding that all relevant penal reforms go through the referendum.
