The pilot study was conducted with 367 people, the final test was applied to 825 people. An exploratory factor analysis was carried out with 336 tests and a confirmatory analysis was carried out with the 489 remaining tests. The participants were people over 18 years of age, of different marital status, sexual orientation, educational level, social class, and geographic location. The content validation of the instrument was carried out with eleven experts. The internal consistency of the instrument, the factorial analyses, and the items adjustment to the Rasch model, indicated that the instrument is valid and reliable.Los operadores judiciales en algunas ocasiones pueden revictimizar a quienes denuncian un hecho delictivo. El objetivo de la presente investigación es diseñar un instrumento para evaluar este tipo de victimización, el cual se realizó con base en los planteamientos sobre victimización secundaria y la evidencia empírica arrojada por las entrevistas realizadas a 18 víctimas que interpusieron denuncias. El estudio piloto se efectuó con 367 personas, la prueba final se aplicó a 825, con 336 se realizó un análisis factorial exploratorio y con las 489 restantes, un análisis confirmatorio. Los participantes fueron personas mayores de 18 años, de diferente estado civil, orientación sexual, nivel educativo, estrato, ocupación y ubicación geográfica. La validación de contenido del instrumento se realizó con once expertos.
