To do this, it distinguishes various senses of theory and practice, reflecting on the need to rebuild these notions in a better way, taking into account the activities carried out –and / or should be carried out– by jurists and, therefore, would have to be present in the education of future law professionals.Este trabajo tiene por objeto discutir la pertinencia de la oposición entre teoría y práctica en la enseñanza del Derecho. Para llevar a cabo lo anterior, la autora explora la posibilidad de que tal oposición esté siendo utilizada como un mecanismo falaz que lleva a enfrentar cuestiones que, en realidad, están interrelacionadas.
