Issues such as personality, second birth or disability of these subjects, are some of the points that we will address.En un mundo en el que la inteligencia artificial está teniendo cada vez más protagonismo en nuestro día a día, nos planteamos en qué lugar queda la sociedad y qué papel debe ostentar el Derecho. A través de la técnica de la criogenización, hasta la implantación de extensiones robóticas de cualquier tipo en un cuerpo humano, e incluso combinando estas dos, podemos ver los nuevos escenarios que se darán para este nuevo ‘ser humano’ y que derechos y obligaciones tendrá.
