Summary: |
Cryogenization is not contemplated by the Spanish legal system, but it is
also not prohibited because it is considered contrary to public order or because it understands that
the disposition of the cryopreserved body is outside the commerce of men. With the disposition of
the corpse itself in favor of science and organ donation being admitted, it seems that there should
be no obstacle to the permission of this transitory conservation mechanism, although it is true that
it encounters certain legal obstacles, some of which will be analyzed in the present study. |
