Secondly, the institution itself will be addressed, introducing a legislative analysis on the topic which will allow to detail which is its nature and its course of action.En el presente trabajo pretende realizar un análisis del Tribunal Administrativo de contratación pública de Galicia. Este es un órgano de reciente creación, lo cual provoca el momento oportuno para su estudio. Lo que se hará en las páginas siguientes es, en primer lugar, abordar un examen competencial para determinar si la Comunidad Autónoma tiene competencia y cuál es el mandato que le otorga dicha competencia. Con posterioridad se iniciará el tratamiento del órgano propiamente dicho, siendo un análisis legislativo del tema.
