Confinement measures which have been taken under the «state of alarm» have invited to pay attention to those regulations in 40/2015 Act which allow colegiate bodies to act by electronic means. This study aims to analyse these regulations in the context of their background, referents and consequences with the assumption that the use of electronic means should not reduce those guarantees for every member and the very principle of collegiality which are on the root of this peculiar bodies. |
