This article aims to know how the emergence of the emerging parties of the so-ca-lled “new policy” has affected the formation and composition of the autonomous govern-ments constituted between 2015 and 2019. The changes that have experienced the systems of autonomous parties with the presence Formations such as Citizens (Cs), Podemos-Unidas Podemos (UP) and its confluences and, more recently Vox, have been accompanied by an in-crease in the difficulty to overcome the respective investiture and, later, to compose the exe-cutives. However, unlike what happened in the formation of the Government of the Nation, in the autonomous area there have been no significant blocking scenarios, trying different so-lutions that have gone from the investor agreements, through the parliamentary agreements, to the coalition governments. |
