the problems that its regulation generates have been made visible with special incidence. In this context,
the legislator has been implementing reforms aimed at improving the protection of consumers; however,
these have not always been carried out correctly. A good example of this is the reform of the regime of
accumulation of individual actions, since the way in which it has been articulated raises innumerable
