Summary: The number of class actions interposed has increased in recent times, and at the same time, the problems that its regulation generates have been made visible with special incidence. In this context, the legislator has been implementing reforms aimed at improving the protection of consumers; however, these have not always been carried out correctly. A good example of this is the reform of the regime of accumulation of individual actions, since the way in which it has been articulated raises innumerable interpretative doubts.
