Summary: The recent adoption of the State and Autonomous Community roads regulation after more than two decades without outstanding changes designs a divergent regulatory regimen where a comparative analysis is needed in order to redefine the figure about restrictions on the right of ownership through bordering landowners must bear the consequences because their spatial location with respect public domain. These restrictions have no entitlement to compensation and their boundaries linked to expropriation institution, weakly supported, seem to be barred with new regulations, so compensation possibilities could be coming soon.
