The analysis deepens into different issues: the relationship of trust and the (non)presidential investiture, the legislative paralysis and the almost exclusive use of decree-laws, the budget extension or the innovations within the control function.El presente trabajo pretende analizar la evolución que ha sufrido la relación entre el Parlamento y el Gobierno como consecuencia del cambio que se ha producido en el sistema de partidos en nuestro país en el último quinquenio y la consiguiente fragmentación parlamentaria.
