To make it, the parenting and education that the non-custodial parent should provide, as the content of the direct and regular relationship, is used.Cet article a comme objectif déterminé le contenu de la relation directe et régulier (RDR), d'accord avec le Loi N°20.680, et le principe d'intérêt de l'enfant, en examinant brièvement la jurisprudence des tribunaux postérieur. À cet effet, recoure l'élevage et l'éducation qui doit fournir le parent pas tuteur comme contenu de la RDR.O presente artigo tem como objective o determinar o conteúdo da RDR, conforme à Lei N° 20.680, e ao princípio do interesse do menino dever, revisando brevemente a jurisprudência de tribunais posterior à referida lei em torno do referido conteúdo. O dito efeito recorre-se a criação e educação que deve prover o pai não custodia como contido da RDR.El presente artículo tiene como objetivo determinar el contenido de la relación directa y regular (RDR), conforme a la Ley N° 20.680, y al principio del interés del niño, revisando brevemente la jurisprudencia de tribunales posterior a la referida ley en torno al referido contenido.
