The purpose of this research is to find solutions to the protectionist problem that this legal figure grants through the analytical and exegetical method. As a result it was found that the hoisting of the corporate veil has not been legislated in Mexico since its shelter still persists and it has been the doctrine based on two criteria: the abuse of the law and the fraud to the law, who have raised their voices to avoid frequent abuse of this privilege. In conclusion, there is a need to provide security to the creditors of these companies through duly legislated procedural actions by linking the natural person-legal person assets.La separación de la personalidad de las sociedades mercantiles es usada en muchas ocasiones para provecho de los socios y en perjuicio de terceros realizando actos contrarios a la buena fe y en perjuicio de la sociedad. El objeto de esta investigación es hallar soluciones a la problemática proteccionista que esta figura jurídica otorga. Como resultado se encontró que el levantamiento del velo corporativo no ha sido legislado en México, pues aún persiste su abrigo y ha sido la doctrina con base en dos criterios: el abuso del derecho y el fraude de la Ley quienes han alzado la voz para evitar el abuso frecuente de este privilegio.
