Likewise, it goes through some relation state patterns with its difference so as to call the attention on existing confusions such as the lack of information in this subject.Este artículo llama a la reflexión sobre la relación entre el derecho fundamental a la igualdad y la diferencia. Términos que si bien pueden parecer a primera vista opuestos, un estudio un tanto más detallado arroja conclusiones distintas. Se explora desde una perspectiva crítica el tratamiento más habitual, rescatando el pensamiento de autores que han reparado en este hecho.
