The Judgment of the Federal Constitutional Court has sparked an important controversy, in which the position of relief has been put the German views on the monetary Union are not only different from those of the rest of the continent, but also challenge the very foundations of integration, such as the principle of primacy of the European legal order.Se estudia la citada sentencia, que, en relación con la política del BCE de compra de deuda pública de los Estados miembros, ha emitido un veredicto desfavorable, desautorizando lo que había resuelto el Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea el 11 de diciembre de 2018, caso Heinrich Weiss y otros.
