An issue which has become particularly acute since it is common to equate Open Access to Free or Public Access, giving the impression that there are more projects that support the initiative than actually exist.A pesar de que la Red Colombiana de Repositorios y Bibliotecas Digitales bdcol se promociona como un portal cosechador de información de Acceso Abierto, este artículo pretende establecer si la gestión de contenidos que hacen los 13 miembros que alimentan la Red bdcol, lo hacen al nivel requerido por dicho movimiento.
