Summary: This is an interdisciplinary reflection article between law, politics and discourse analysis, that has aimed to demonstrate how the interaction of these areas results in the expansion of democracy and citizenship when inserted in the current context of the Information Society. Starting from dogmatic concepts, it was seen that the new information and communication technologies provide the emergence of a new public space – the Virtual Agora – in which new discourses and subjects emerge to overcome part of the political exclusion. Moving these postulates through induction-deduction, it has remained clear that the digital expansion of speech (ideology) reproduction vehicles provides an intensification of the political struggle, transforming the citizen from mere spectator to political agent, and, therefore, culminates in strengthening the struggle by the law itself, that in times of democratic rule of law must have place in plural fields.
