Summary: From an analytical methodology this article determines main objective is to conduct a study of the Venezuelan energy crisis since the regional context that represents the South American Union of Nations (Unasur). Achieving determine the impact of the Venezuelan energy sector internally and externally as well as demonstrate the relative influence of the United States of America, which despite being outside the international body to study determines the non energy self-sufficiency.
