Secondly, it proposes to deterritorialize the dispositif of the theory of law, through a line of flight that has been called political-legal ontology of actuality. The coming theory of law would focus on the life-history-political triad (biopolitics and political theology). Its definition would be: departing from the ontology of the actuality as a means to understand the law as a dispositif, as a production network of subjectivities, the coming theory of law is a method: the archaeological analysis of the dispositif.El presente artículo tiene dos objetivos. El primer lugar, mostrar cómo cierta teoría del derecho funciona como un dispositivo de normalización epistemológica, que entiende que existe un único saber válido sobre el derecho. Esta oculta la violencia por medio de su pretensión de ahistoricidad, neutralización y necesidad. En segundo lugar, se propone desterritorializar este dispositivo a través de una línea de fuga que se ha denominado ontología político-jurídica de la actualidad.
