To that end, it is necessary to have a perspective of argumentation pragmatics in general, in attempt to reveal a meeting point between literal interpretation in legal and in literary argumentation.Partindo, por um lado, da existência da interpretação literal nas esferas jurídica e literária e, por outro lado, de seu diferente status nesses campos de estudo, surge a seguinte questão: como se pode estabelecer um ponto de encontro entre o status do método de interpretação literal nos campos da crítica literária e da interpretação jurídica? Para esse fim, propõe-se a adoção de uma perspectiva pragmática da argumentação em geral, a fim de tentar revelar um ponto de reencontro entre a interpretação literal nos espaços da argumentação jurídica e literária.Partiendo, por un lado, de la existencia de la interpretación literal en los ámbitos jurídico y literario, y por otro lado, de la diferencia sobre su estatus en estos campos de estudio, surge la cuestión de saber ¿cómo puede establecerse un punto de encuentro entre el estatus del método de interpretación literal en los ámbitos de la crítica literaria y de la interpretación jurídica?
