It reflects as well on the possible incorporation of the notaries (and other legal professionals) to the “judicial dialogue” with the CJEU, allowing them to directly refer requests for interpretation.En los últimos años el TJUE ha recibido varias peticiones de interpretación con origen en la actividad notarial, en el marco de distintos instrumentos para la cooperación judicial civil. En este texto se abordan en particular las planteadas en relación con el Reglamento 650/2012, de sucesiones. Tienen como objetivo ofrecer una explicación de la respuesta del TJUE, al tiempo que pone en tela de juicio el método de interpretación empleado.
