This applies to the on demand, flexible and atypical work, that characterizes new forms of employment linked to services provided via software platforms. This research raises a global analysis of the provision of services to collect and deliver orders by Deliveroo's riders. It includes the personnel recruitment and the organization, monitoring and control of the service. Faced with an insufficient information on the platform itself, the facts declared proven in the judgments are used. Overall, the analysed data show a provision of subordinate services, in which the worker is subject to digital company and acts within the scope of its organization and management.Examinar de forma aislada los indicios de laboralidad y de autonomía que concurren en una prestación de servicios puede poner en cuestión alguno de sus presupuestos configuradores de la relación laboral y desvirtuar su propia naturaleza. Así sucede con el trabajo a demanda, flexible y atípico que caracteriza las nuevas formas de empleo vinculadas al trabajo a través de plataformas. El presente estudio pretende abordar un análisis global de la prestación de servicios de recogida y entrega de pedidos realizada por los repartidores de Deliveroo, que incluye su reclutamiento y formación, así como la organización, seguimiento y control del servicio por la aplicación informática.
