Summary: |
The digital economy is said to have revolutionized the labour market. The use of
information technology allows companies to organize and control the productive structures
in a way that was unimaginable before the current portability of technological equipment
and the ease of data transmission. Nevertheless, this revolution has not changed the essence
of productive relationships but the way the requirement of subordination manifests itself in
the modern productive organization. This paper analyses the detection of the requirements of
subordinate work in digital economy from the point of view of the guarantee of labour rights
for people who work in this market. |
