Summary: This article makes a chronological analytical description of the different types of attacks suffered by the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, since the approval of its national Constitution in 1999, aimed at causing damage to the population and the weakening of the nation-state. After the failed attempts of coups, sabotages, economic warfare, creation of parallel instances of power, among others, emphasis is placed on the recent modalities of threats suffered from 2014 to 2019, such as unilateral coercive measures (called sanctions), applied mainly by the USA, and its allies, under the pretext of humanitarian intervention. It is concluded that they have caused enormous damage to the already vulnerable economy of the country and, consequently, to the health, food of Venezuelans, in short, violating their human rights, the right to development and peace. The "constitutional shield" continues to protect the Venezuelan people who remain in resistance and battle.
