Summary: The Professional Club of the South, is a non-profit institution founded on december 11, 2015 in the city of Cuenca-Ecuador and registered with the Ministry of Social Inclusion; the problem of research lies in the fact that this institution does not have a programmed savings bank where its members can access credit for the execution of innovative projects and thus create new sources of employment contributing to local and regional growth. The objective of the study is to demonstrate the feasibility of this location and put it at the service of its affiliates; the research approach is of a mixed type since it uses qualitative and quantitative data, the results of which demonstrate the viability for its execution and operability, with a net present value (NPV) of US$14.283 and an internal rate of return (IRR) of 20.84% being above the market average
