The next analysis acts as an approximation to the social functions that the conciliation centers fulfill into the law consultancy places. It is pretended to reflect about the positive effects of the conciliation as an alternative mechanism of the conflict resolution and the importance that the legislator gives to this kind of places of the law practice by making possible the preparation of new jurists into resolution of relevant situations, getting inside the nineteenth century thoughts of litigious and conflictivist types inside the attorney’s profession as well as inside the society in general The obtained results will be given through a methodologycal approach of mixed type, into a descriptive research; and they will show thata conciliatory meeting, most of the times,is going to be an efficient method in order for the conflict to be solved |
