Summary: The text radically questions the continuity between Marxism and Queer po-litical philosophy, and it does so from an analysis of the epistemological bases nominalists of the latter, condensed in the performativity of sex. Skepticism about the possibility of universal concepts leads to denying any discourse cen-tered on dualities (nature-culture, masculine-feminine, public-private, objec-tive-subjective ...), which means denying any emancipatory purpose, by depriv-ing it of its theoretical tools.Queer political philosophy reduces the political landscape to a scenario of split subjects, capable of articulating circumstantial-ly but not understanding what unites them: they are reduced to their identities, always changeable because they are a sum of differences. Finally, an approach to these issues is sought that overcomes the aporia of queer through a herme-neutical approach.
