This report contains everything crucial for ataining the goals of the bankrupcy pro-cedure. This article analyse the characters of this legal obligation, and the diferent phases of it´s making.El informe de la administración concursal es un documento en el cual se plasma toda la información necesaria del concurso, en el aparecen el inventario de los bienes y la lista de los acreedores, pero este documento no es estático, sino que evoluciona con el tiempo, estando sujeto a plazos hasta llegar a su versión definitiva, a la que se llega después de hacer las correspondientes modificacio-nes en el inventario y en la lista de acreedores. Este informe es fundamental para que se alcancen los fines del concurso.
