In the Colombian normativity, animal protection has taken relevance in thelast decades, society has seen another panorama of what the law has been, even therepresentatives of the administration of justice through their actions have made thosechanges something palpable. Before this evolution in law, disciplines are added to animalprotection purposes such as veterinary forensics.
The exhibition systematically carried out, will allow to know how the forensic veterinariancan be understood in the Law 1774 of 2016 in the context of a criminal policy in Colombia.To do this a historical and conceptual description will be done in both forensic veterinarian and criminal policy, then the convergences will be highlighted to conceive the relevance of this science in our country. |
