The present document materializes in a simple way an approach to thecharacterization activity for the policemen and their families as victims of the armedconflict, and integrates the definition of victim of the armed conflict in people conformingthe National Police.Likewise, all victims without exception and with special emphasis on this differentialapproach require truth, justice (whether judicial or extrajudicial), integral reparation andguarantees of non-repetition. The reparation of the victims of the armed conflict in Colombiamust be comprehensive in the sense indicated by the Constitutional Court in explaining theprinciple of equality from a differential approach, recognized in Law 1448 of 2011, all seenfrom a clear concept of the armed conflict, which can be recognized as political, legal andsociological that give rise to different forms of explanation through different professionsand their points of view (Mejia J. C., 2013). |
