The de minimis rule and the NAAT rule are really relevant when antitrust law is applied to factual assumptions. Although they are similar, it is also true that they work quite differently. So, with the purpose of clarifying these two related rules, this article analyzes, firstly, the effect on trade between member States. In second place, it makes a comparison between it and minor importance agreements. In this sense, some differences and similarities are pointed out, as well as the need for a close relationship between the two. Hence, this work ends with the conclusion that the two european rules are bound to be understood. |
