Taking into consideration that the Land Registry is public, but nor a free access
source, he re we carry out an in-depth analysis on how to reconcile harmoniously its
public nature with the fundamental right to the protection of personal data contained
in this Registry. In the absence of specific regulations on this rnatter, which
are considered very necessary, Land Regisuars, in daily practice, follow land registry
valuation criteria about which a series of critical reflections and legeftrenda proposals
are made in this paper. |
