The productive agricultural and fi shing activities in the Frailesca region are some of the most important for the population of the various communities. As a result, a study was proposed that looked at the main productive actors in the region with the objective of analyzing the impact that agricultural production activities have on the environment and its natural resources. The methodology used involved the adaptation of variables and indicators in the OECD Pressure-State-Response Framework, applying a structured survey to a representative sample of 280 agricultural producers in Region VI Frailesca de Chiapas. Among the results obtained, the low participation of producers in projects and programs, as well as the ignorance of public policies of environmental sustainability, and the lack of use of sustainable production systems, thus generating an ignorance of public policies |
