In Chile, on the other hand, concessions and the acts related to it have been analyzed and executed from a state perspective, which gives too much power to Administration and which has been transmitted accordingly in the courses of administrative right. Part of this work focuses on explaining the concepts and their meanings properly, so as to revert the situation described. To do so, it is urgent to look into the principles of these concepts, and to remember the duty of respecting the Constitution as well as the law.Estas líneas son un intento de definir y aclarar el concepto de concesión por parte de la Administración, pues, como sucede con otros términos jurídicos, resultan poco claros e, incluso, confusos para expresar verazmente los actos jurídicos que pretenden indicar. Por otra parte, en Chile, en lo que se refiere a las concesiones y los actos propios, se han analizado y ejecutado -lo que paralelamente se ha transmitido a las cátedras de derecho administrativo- desde una óptica claramente estatista que otorga excesivo poder a la Administración.
