Finally, a brief comparison with the solutions adopted by Spanish law is drawn.De acuerdo con el § 293 del Código procesal civil alemán, la iniciativa en la determinación del contenido del derecho extranjero corresponde al órgano jurisdiccional, que por regla general encarga un dictamen pericial.
